Thanks for this info. On your website you mentioned that AFP will sell farm produce and return your capital to producer so what happens to the profit or is it part of the capital that would be returned.

thanks.

AFP isn't a charity organization hence you shouldn't expect membership to be free. You can visit afp.com.ng to learn about the project.

You did not give a concise answer to the question raised below.
1. What is the exact percentage?
2. what if the member chooses to sell his produce himself?

Ok. Let me answer all questions.
If we market the produce for the member, we take 30% of the profit and the member takes 70%.

If the member markets by himself/herself, we take 15% of the profit.

But, in the case of investors, we return to the investors with 100% interest after production cycle for crops. i.e, if you give us 25k which is now the least, u will get 50k back after 4-5months leaving us to decide the crops to plant.

1. Do you mean 20 hectares or acres for each state? Judging from the number of people that may be interested.

2. What will be the measurement of land allocation per producer?

3. Are we going to be paying for the land?

4. Do I need to be a student before becoming a producer?

That 20acres is at minimum. which means we can go as far as 1000acres if we have more members.

For other questions kindly read the information below.
Producer category means that members that are already into production by themselves but only require AFP to market their produce.

Intending producer category::: means members that want to go into production through AFP. i.e AFP will get them land and supervise their production to marketing stage.
Under this category too, if you already have your land, AFP can also help me manage your farm by helping with the production, supervision and marketing.

INVESTORS::: Anyone can become an investor for production project too. it means such member will give AFP minimum of 25000 naira and get 50000 naira after 4-5months of production.

Exactly my suspicion. Ponzi scheme cloaked in agricultural production. The same way NUSPECTO cloaked their Ponzi scheme in oil and gas.

The good news however is that the early adopters stand to gain massively before the whole house starts crumbling down. A word for the wise.

Kindly find out before you make any conclusion.
AFP is a project sponsored by IFARMS.
A registered Project.
AFP isnt forcing anyone into the project. You are only capitalising on the investment aspect. Kindly visit the site and read more about it. Investment scheme is just one out of all the schemes. Joining AFP is for Agricultural advantage. So kindly take your time and follow the project if you are not interested rather than saying what you do not know here. Thanks
