I feel u r d problem.. spreading false and baseless rumours. will shifting d date forward increase the price of crude oil in d international market?.. besides the 2016 budget will be signed latest monday. d timetable in nysc site still remain d same and those that collected their call up letters from school have 21st of may as the date. please I will advise u desist from rumour mongering.
