Morning guys.
Well as regards finance being a possible reason for why we may not be deployed next month, permit me to expressly state that it's fallacious, false and (add whatever adverb, adjective suites you )

First, the Corp members allowance does not get to the Nysc management as recently made known by the immediate past DG, rather it gets wired from the CBN to the commercial banks running Corp members accounts.
What the foregoing means is that finance if at all, should be the least worry of nysc. However that's not to say they don't need funds, of course they do, for salaries, overheads and running orientation camps.

But hey guess what, did you know that by law you're permitted to spend a certain % of your budget before it gets passed, this is so because governance cannot just stop, it's a continuum.

So if nysc claims to not have sufficient funds for deployment, they know what to do. . Allow us deploy ourselves (lol just kidding).
They can apply for a soft loan from CBN and reimburse them after the budget had been passed.
I make sense??
