For video editing - Use Adobe Premiere Pro. You can download a trial version from the Adobe website which would be active for 30days, but if you want something more permanent...You can either download it from torrent sites or if in lagos, go to computer village to buy it.

For designing Logo - You can use Photoshop, Illustrator or Coreldraw and you can also get these softwares with the same suggestion above
