| Glo Reviews Their GBAM Tariff Plan! by Victorakats(op): 9:30pm On Apr 28, 2016 |
I have been using glo to make all my calls ever since mtn reviewed their tariff plan. This evening I noticed that my call rate differed from what they advertised which was 0.11k to all networks with a daily access fee of N5.00 I contacted the customer care who apologised for not receiving the message on their improved tariff plan. As at today Glo charges 0.12k and of course I have bought Etisalat sim because when it comes to Nigeria telecommunications, you must be smart and calculative. Thank you. |

Victorakats:It's true. They now charge 12k/sec from the first second. The only network in Nigeria that's inconsistent |

Victorakats:So 11k and 12k are so different that u had to create a thread for this? Extra 60k on one minute. |

donhils:One drop of water may not drown you, but one billion drops will surely do. Extra 60k may seem insignificant, but multiply it by 20million subscribers per minute, and you'll get his point. |

donhils:It may look insignificant to you but when I spend hours on the phone, I notice a second change in the tariff plan and my airtime consumption. Perhaps that's enough reason to let others who maybe ignorant to know about the change in their tariff plan. Thank you. |

I was using Airtel at 11k per sec but when they increased it to 15k I stopped using it. I am using Etisalat now, I have not used glo before. all my calls are from etisalat and no other one. Etibaba rocks. |

Inflation is the main reason why there's a slight increase. Am sure Etisalat would join soon |
