The video shows members of the Fulani militia, a terrorist group ranked as the 4th most deadly terrorist group in the Word Terror Index. Though the video doesn’t show any faces, it captures a group of men with AK47 rifles and motorcycles.

One of our editors provides a translation below from what he refers to as “adulterated Hausa” below:

“We are Fulani herdsmen declaring war against any tribe, be it Hausa or any tribe that has being subduing us. The Fulani massacre is not only in eastern or western region even in zamfara state it like hell because they (Fulani ) kill anybody who try to stop them from rearing their cow.... The state is experiencing 8pm restrictions on all motor cycle because when the Fulani want to raid they do come with about 50-100 bikes..... So the issue is not what the eastern or western part of the country will be saying that the Hausa want to decimate them
