what if he came at night and got electrocuted then his body was found hanging in the morning? he probably went to steal transformer cables and not the transformer itself. the transformer cables in my area were once stolen in a like manner. besides, no be chief cap the man wear so? red cap thief

man who was ELECTRICUTED along his line of duty was a casual staff, who is believed to be learning on the job. The men of PHCN were working to change a Transformer. It is expected that they off Power from
