This problem is not from WordPress, it's from the host. Please register for cloud flaring and activate it in the domain name. It takes care of certain limited resources issues. However, you have to identify which of the resources you are having a problem with, in that case we can narrow down the solutions for you.

it just means your website does not have enough bandwidth / memory to serve the page requested.
