[s]I have seen that happen a couple of times. Truth be told, he has to learn quick. There are some goals you just dont waste time celebrating. Your team is a goal or 2 down, you score, and start heading towards the corner flag to celebrate... thats immature.

The normal thing is to grab the ball and run towards the centre circle, your teammates will shake hands with you and the match resumes, no time wasting.

Against Crystal Palace, away, when he scored the winning goal in the dying minutes of the game, they all rallied round him and celebrated[

Do you know what it means to be a black in the midst of whites?
not everything is related to racism.

Manchester City has no less than 10 black players.

Abi you're trying to tell me the black players are racists too?

white are racist just look at what they did to balotelli huh
Africans, let's use our common sense always

So what did they do to balotelli? A player who threw each and every chances given to him away . A player who fought his coaches and teammates and you're here talking nonsense about racism

Because they were losing. When Iheanacho gets experienced enough, he will know you don't celebrate every goal. How can your team be losing and you score and expect experienced professionals to run and celebrate with you when they are not happy that they're still losing?
Re: No ManCity Player Celebrated Iheanacho Goal Against Southampton. Why? by An0nimus: 6:43pm On May 01, 2016
The important thing is he keeps scoring. He should tone down on the unnecessary dribbles. When you dribble and see the space give the ball to your man and create space. He was dispossessed in the run up to the 3rd goal.
Re: No ManCity Player Celebrated Iheanacho Goal Against Southampton. Why? by Iyineda(m): 6:43pm On May 01, 2016
Talk about a storm in a teacup. Why are there allusions of racism from people on this thread?
Iheanacho scored each time when City were trailing. 1-2 and 2-4. What is there to celebrate? The scorer himself wasn't overly enthused either.

I wonder why some of you display abject ignorance online.

If his teammates hate him he will never score a goal again in his career. The same player you claimed they hate was given assist by the people who according to you hate him

Get over your paranoia

His team is still goals down, and he was celebrating goal that has no impact.

What's there to celebrate?

Observed when Iheanacho scores goal, he doesnt recognize his Assist. He takes all the glory to himself. My personal observation

I think it is high time we started paying closer attention to the fact that Man City players are in the habit of snubbing Ihenancho whenever he scores unlike their habitual mobbing of other goalscorers.
Even Arsenal Legend, Thierry Henry once made a comment about this same issue

This is capable of killing his morale! But who cares whether they celebrate him or not as long as it doesnt stop his credit alerts.

If you also noticed in the champions league,Man City ought to have an advantage over Real Madrid with one goal at home, when stupid Aguero had the perfect opportunity to pass to Iheanacho to clinch a goal, despite the fact he knew he wouldn't score the goal.

The senior/older team mates are jealous of his constant good delivery.
Nigerians when will you stop victim mentality ? Why will they be jealous of him? They are far better than him. Grow up .

But Iheanacho didn't really celebrate today like when he ran to the corner flag the last time. After he scored the first he ran towards the centre and raised his hands to the sky before a City player came to him. He still has some growing up to do though
