You got an exchange rate of 295/$ because most foreign websites still use CBN rates while our banks prefer to use black market rates. The 295 is a compromise.

Neteller just charged me 301 this morning. I wonder where these people are getting their rates. It seems some people are bent on destroy this country completely thinking they are ruining the reputation of the president. We all know that this man is on rescue mission and this must surely take time. It is easy to destroy but difficult to build. The ruins of 16 years can never be built in one year. Nigeria shall never fall. I stand with PMB.

I think there should be a column for "BANK RATE". There is CBN, Bank and Parallel market rates...
