Neteller just charged me 301 this morning. I wonder where these people are getting their rates. It seems some people are bent on destroy this country completely thinking they are ruining the reputation of the president. We all know that this man is on rescue mission and this must surely take time. It is easy to destroy but difficult to build. The ruins of 16 years can never be built in one year. Online transactions (pos) are different from black market rates.
N295-N299 is for online, but if you meet bureau de exchange they will charge you N320

$199 - Official Bank rate (almost nobody gets it at this rate)
$295 - Debit/Credit card rate (mostly online transactions)
$321 - Parallel market rate/Bureau DE change/Aboki rate
