osas4g and enkaydewdrop, wash and use baby hanger to spread it inside the house, if you have extra empty children room, open the window and dry Der or in the sitting room under the fan overnight as already suggested.

Sugah, since you feel you are ok, den no need to worry, it happened to me sometimes.

Hello Mamas,

Pls I need your opinion on this. I went to the hospital today for a routine check and to pick up my drugs as I had exhausted the last batch. However I noticed the doctor gave me 1 months' supply of folic acid and ferrous sulphate, but he didn't include any multivitamins (the last time he gave me multivitamins). I waited for a while to see him after collecting the drugs but I was told he stepped out and I couldn't wait anymore.

My concern is about the multivitamins which he didn't give me...do I assume he knows what he's doing? my husband suggests that since I have 1 tab of the multivitamin left, we could go to a pharmacy and get it ourselves. pls what do I do o?

Mamas that want to fan dry their baby cloths, kindly ensure you iron it after fan drying it. Ironiing it will kill whatever germs in it. Very important.

The purpose of sun drying cloth is not only drying up the water in it, it's also to kill germs especially for ok cloths, after washing with detol it is still necessary you sun dry them or simply iron them.

You need those multivitamins dear. Sometimes docs or nurses forget. There was a time they forgot to include B2 in my drugs. I had to make do with the leftovers i have. When i went back, they said it was an error.

Cleaning the ni*p*ples with cotton wool and olive oil removes dirt from the nip#ples so that anytime baby comes and you are good to put baby to the breasts, the ni"pp"les will be as clean as possible.

Just give it a try and you will marvel at the dirt that will be on the cotton wool.

You could have dh help out too.... #wink#

and since yours are cracky, olive oil might help moisturize.
