Be warned, if you reside in Nigeria, don't bother to open PayPal account by faking ur I.P or by other related means. You may succeed to open one and be using it, but the day PayPal will have ur time, they will let you relax and has enough fund in it and they Wil suddenly close ur PayPal account without refund. I have read stories like this in the past and advise from those who were victims of the seizure and closure of their account. This violate there term and conditions |
