If you've been following this padded budget brouhaha you'll know this is truly change. In the past, do you hear the word "padded".It was a norm then. They add whatever figure they want to and the President then just smiles with them and budget is passed in a jiffy, but a reasonable chunk of that is to be shared by these lawmakers. I guess you were pleased with that kind of arrangement. The change is here is that we now have a President who won't tolerate such brazen and open act corruption, which is why the whole issue is dragging back and forth. Those men in the Senate are the real enemies of this country, not the PMB you hate so much.
