Thanks for replying him,SWAT is used for the United States. The issue here is most police officers with guns are equipped with riffle in Nigeria. Tactical teams should be the one using such guns.

To this best of my knowledge, none of the other CP's denied that it was Fulani herdsmen that were responsible for the attacks in their states. This Enugu CP is the only one who tried to paper over the obvious. That is clear incompetence.

Fact of the matter!!

The Commissioner of Police of Enugu was not sacked!! He is a staff of Government which means he cannot be arbitrarily sacked like a Bus-Conductor or Agbero somewhere.

He was simply re-deployed to another state; Plateau state to be precise.

Don't allow the Op's header to confuse you; to sack him will require a formal query and an orderly room trial before he can be sacked!!
