The man is too rigid, doesn't know how to motivate colleagues to excel, cannot take difference of opinion within his circle and cannot carry even his closest people along. APC ministers are already complaining even.

Those who excelled in governance like Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, John Kuffuor etc, all knew how to make people around them feel trusted & important.

But our own dear Bubu already dismissed his ministers to be as "mere noise makers".

We can all witness the ineffectual silence of the mere noisemakers since appointment. They don't even have a budget to work with 6 months on.
