Earlier this week, Femi Fani-Kayode announced that he isn't running away from the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission, stating that the anti-curroption agency hasn't invited him or investigated him over the alleged $2.1bn arms scandal during Goodluck Jonathan's regime.
Now a letter by Mohammed Umar Abba on behalf of the acting chairman of the commission Ibrahim Magu has been sent to FFK and he has reportedly responded via his lawyers, stating that he will appear before the EFCC on Monday 9th May.
