I'm a new seller on konga and being told I could only get listed if registered with a warehouse in lagos. I want to know if anyone has been using the warehouse service ?

It's usually difficult selling outside Lagos as a konga merchant as you won't have any K-express drop off point nearby to drop your merchandise when someone places an order..

Though you can still make use of logistics companies like DHL, tranex, Courier Plus etc to self fulfill your order.. Have tried Courier Plus but didn't have a very nice experience with them.

Never knew about the warehouse..

By "third party warehouse agency", I think they mean Logistics companies..

You can still place a call on them so they can clarify you on that..

its most likely a new rule, and for new merchants only.

old merchants outside Lagos can sell using 3rd party logistics companies like those mentioned earlier, or by warehousing with IBL, MukaBox or the new Konga Spaceship (XL Logistics).

if they insist that new merchants outside Lagos have to use Spaceship by Konga, there really is nothing you can do except ...
