Nigerians we have so much been brainwashed, kai! this is blatant propaganda.
I hail my amiable President who will not tolerate the least of corruption, let me tell you, Left to President Buhari, He would have signed this budget since he first sent it to the Senate,but due to the problem he gets from the senatouts and APC itself, Buhari's mandate is greater that APC's Manifesto in its entirety.
APC of course has no choice than to say this, but am sure they didn't get what they wanted.
