It isn't a server issue. I noticed it two days ago. Called customer service severally, their reply was "hold on, we'll fix your line". After talking to 4 different customer service agents in less than an hour, I knew they were all clueless. Then I took to twitter. I was evaded for a while till a certain rep John engaged me on DM.
Lo and behold the network issue which call center told me they resolved (and when I called again they were still on the process of resolving a resolved issue ) was a service price modification.

WHEN MTN IS BUSY UPGRADING,,DEM WAN COLLECT #1000 4 120MINS I go use d money 2 do mtn #1000 4 1.5Gb sef...nonsense!
