If you were in Rivers state in 2004 and 2005 under OBJ government you wont write that trash about Asari. Asari was a government in Niger Delta under OBJ govt before his arrest. There was nothing like MEND before Asari arrest let alone the existence of fugitive Tompolo.

Rivers State in 2004 wasn't primarily about Asari, twas more of clashes between competing cult groups, Icelanders et al who were empowered by Odili in 2003 elections, Ateke Tom, Farah Dagogo, Soboma George etc, Asari's arrest served as a catalyst for the whole Niger Delta struggle but he was at best a minute player.
