i was suprise & decide to give it a try as me no too trust mtn.

I tried the mtn 1000 1.5gb to no avail infact i tried it the whole day & decide to call customer care a female voice respond.

Call them and tell them to deactivate your current data plan and try it again.

That's what I'm using, never had issues subscribing. I only dialed 106 to 131 and they sent me a message that it was successful.

they have sent me a text after i called the customer care the 2cd time that they have deactivate my night plan but still is not working till now

I Had the same issue,some days back but I asked the customer care agent to deactivate my existing night plan data and subscribe for me.I received two texts messages ,the first saying my existing night plan had been deactivated and the second saying i had subscribed to the 1.5gig for 1k data plan even before I dropped the call.

I got the same response when I tried subscribing too, then I checked my balance and my money was deducted, then I sent 2 to 131 and my data balance was 1.53gig, I wanted to call them and lambast them before ni if I didn't see the data, thank God they gave themselves brain.

exactly what i am experiencing here called them same storyline no difference just that i did 2k for 3.75 .used till this morning . tried browsing since 10 am only for it to work this night.

was the mtn plan a night plan in disguise??

Swear down. If only Glo will plant masts everywhere as MTN does, it would have been goodbye to MTN. Airtel will give you crap that zaps like lightening. I used 1GB in less than 20 hours without downloading or upgrading shit on my phone and to make it worse, I had just 2G all the while. Glo is still the best provided they can reach out to more places.

i have notice were the error is from mtn is too dull to sort their problems.if you still have any free weekly mb e.g free weekly 10mb or so it will not work till you finish it.

I got the text subscribed 106 to 131...
It been cool i have data manager which tell me my data usage by app all is accurate with my MTN bundle Balance
