my arguement is very clear
* i never asked you do pay on my behalf for any laptop
* this was exactly what you said "the seller has agreed to accept $500, pay sharp sharp make i go collect am" after which i told you " ill get back to you..and then went offline and then u went ahead to pay for the laptop
* you sent me a text even after that ..saying youve found a buyer for the laptop .you put it up for sale on nl
* you clearly have no right to hold my items so i am asking you to release my items

2)Prior to the macbook incident, you do ship to my address on a regular bases, but after u don fuckup, u stopped shipping, (dont forget even told me u sent 3 laptops to my adress ), but the laptops never came cos u were trying to test me..

Yes on the said day,(Nov 27, 2015), u sent me a link for macbook worth $550, and u asked me to try and negotiate with the seller for $500, after i called the seller, he agreed, then i informed you that he has agreed(Laptop $500+fuel $20+$60 ship to lagos)...following ensued..

*Ozor....."offer him $500, if him agree, i go pay", waitin him talk?
*me.........send ya deposit, i dey wait, him don gree $500
*Ozor ....Okay give me ur account number, will transfer everything (via online banking), ...At this stage, because of the fact that you were a regular, i dusted my car and got on the road..with the hope that before i get to the sellers adress, i would have gotten the alert..


On getting to the sellers adress, i informed you that i still dey wait for alert ohh,(even d oyinbo dey look at me as if i won carry laptop run) then ur reply was..."i will transfer everything" So i decided to pay from my pocket(pending when his transfer comes through), then i left for my job cos i was running late..



November 28th, i asked him oga how far? his reply was ..."baba gt bnk no gree load for my e banking", but i don copy ur account for front page..

November 30th, i asked you again, Oga whats happening, its been 4 days now, no reply,
-then he said" Sorry, gimme some mins, i will get back to you"...

Decemebr 4, was when it donned on me that you were not going to pay for the Laptop you asked me to go pick..Next time u hit me up was December 13th, stating that you were sorry that you went to school......"SO YOU MADE ME PAY FOR LAPTOP OF $500 AND U ARE SORRY THAT YOU WENT TO SCHOOL"?,


December 15th, u hit me up again, and i told you that you should go pick ur items, its with charles...ur reply was Ok!..(that was the last time i heard from you for the year(i actually lied that ur item was with charles, lets see if you will pay)..


January 16th, was the next time we communicated, this time you were asking me for my next ship date..."YOU NEVER ASKED HOW FAR WITH THE MACBOOK", and even though i gave you my make shift shipping adress(cos i was not in califonia), u still never shipped a pin to me..."I GUESS UR CONSCIENCE DEY PRICK OVER WHAT YOU DID". from then on, u started shipping items lesser valued(not d regular type u do ship) to see if i have forgotten..(from dead phones to phone parts)...i simply played along so as to draw u out

for the record, you never told me you were going to meet with the seller to pickup the laptop. you simply asked asked me to send payment that the seller has agreed, i told you i was having difficulties sending funds online at that time..that was on the 27th(friday)..then on monday u sent me a message saying oga how far, its been four days..i haven't heard from you??i told you i would get back to you(monday morning) ..at this moment,you never mentioned that you have paid for and collected the laptop, and that was the last conversation we had before i travelled latter that same day.....i found out you bought the laptop after my brother forwarded the text you sent him while i was still in school,because at that time i was unreachable
i got back from school after 2weeks ,went online, saw where u posted the laptop with my name to it which dated 4th of dec or so.i saw another post again with the laptop for sale at 135k,
