A big thank you to the management and staffs of PAN RAF Hospital, the teeming Nigerian doctors and other health careworkers.

This is an okada rider obvious without a medical aid,yet a high risk procedure such as this carried out on the casualty without deposit.I am proud of those people.

I don't get it. Why do Nigerians always sideline the doctors who perform this great feat and go ahead to thank a god who let the incident happen in the first place?
Reminds me of a program i watched on North Korea where a volunteering optician went to perform eye surgeries for free. As soon as he completed any task,the benefactor of such act immediately rushes to the image of Kim Jong Un (leader at the time) prostrates and thanks him profusely for regaining his her sight. Completely sidelining the optician. It seemed ludicrous to me at the time. But Nigerians have helped me understand this mindset better..sigh
Thank you great doctors for performing such phenomenal tasks.

I must really commend the two hospitals that offered to perform the surgery without asking for money first. The government should definitely give them some sort of recognition and especially reward the doctors that took part in the surgery.

It's this kind of news that should make headlines and encourage other private hospitals to emulate such policies in making life saving decisions first before thinking about their financial gains.

I believe it's only a matter of time though, Nigeria will get there someday by God's grace.

Not 'incomplete' information bro. Acts as this happen every now and then here in this part of Nassarawa, which houses the majority of Abuja workers. Once the criminal succeeds, they ride off with the hike for but in this instance, the victim was inexplicably brave not to have fallen off from the savagery attack and drove off obviously leaving the Savage to scamper away.
