I bought my infinix hot note six months ago, for about a month now, it has been giving me serious charging issues, my phone has lost the ability for flash charging and it now charges very slow, sometimes charging 10% only after charging for 2 hours. In fact sometimes, it start discharging. This can be very devastating. How can I fix it? I really need urgent response. any one using the phone and having similar issues? Thank you.

Don't use while charging. Mine does that occasionally.

but how can I correct it now? I have been having the issue for some weeks now. imagine, I have been charging for 5 hours and all I have is 33%. thanks for your response

This is a recurring issue with Hot Notes. You need to change the charging port(which is sadly the chargung panel).

Take it to carlcare

Change the cord of the charger. I experienced the same thing too. I changed the cord to an original one and it started charging perfectly.
