shegra58:My post is clear. If he would not be given fair hearing, Saraki and Dansuki should not be supported by us with all the ridiculous things they are doing with court process. If you read very well it is quite clear. The constitution is clear for ARMED ROBBERY, it will take God's intervention for him not to get a death sentence. Jungle justice exists only in a failed nation and from people with a basterdized mindset. ALUU 4 still comes to mind. I condemned ALUU 4 and will also condemn this not because those ones are students but because any reasonable person should condemn jungle justice. |

shegra58:I don't care about what any illiterate or half baked brain thinks. Condemning jungle justice and relating it with not supporting a politicians who stole and caused more havoc is straight forward. |

dammytosh:Errrrm Oga boss i hail you from your opulent state sir however I completely disagree with you. Now hear me out I am not defending this senseless killing nor the thieves on suit we have up there. But you see it only takes experience to judge things rightly or wrongly. Dude this same guy you are defending will kill you on a very good day if you have what he wants and refuse to give it to him of course at gun point. These guys are so heartless if you've encountered them. I have I lost count of them. Those experiences hardened me towards them. At a time they shot my cousin on his chest while we watched we taught we lost him but miraculously it missed penetrating and just skid off his skin. He still has that permanent scar, at another time they attacked my dad butchered him they brought him to hospital in pool of blood unconscious, that was the day I learns that blood has a terrible smell, he still carry his own scars up till now, at another time after robbing us blank at a store we ran as family one of them picked a bottle smashed it on my mothers head my mum never spoke to any of them while they robbed us, when they left we gathered round my mum and was picking out broken bottles from her hair while she groaned in pains, as we were crying with her all I and my siblings were saying was if we ever found any thief anywhere at that moment we'd kill them personally. At another time at this same place I had nearly saved up my school fees and I was just counting it he just stood over the counter watching me I thought he was a customer before he pulled out his ugly looking gun took all this money I have labored for was about leaving then came back and demanded for my phone of course his colleagues were outside doing (in)justice to customers. I could go on and on but... Now bro see those faces over there looking at that guy burn without remorse, some may have had less or worse experiences than mine. And even though I have forgiven all those people for sake of Christ who forgave me too. But all are not same and all haven't learnt the language of forgiveness. Now this guy even killed people do you know those dead ones have siblings or relatives too who might be among those crowd? Or relatives with fresh memories who have been victims or this merciless armed robbers? I hope you read this over and muse at it. Peace |

Franky826:I am sincerely sorry for whatever you must have gone through with armed robbers and thieves. Don't get my post wrong. I understand the pain and anger but if we use the same method on politicians Nigeria will be a lot better. I condemn ALUU 4 and not condemning this is simply hypocritical. I did not pity an armed robber killed in gun exchange. Neither did i defend an Armed robber sentenced to death by court. Nothing justifies jungle justice except in a failed nation like ours. For all you care, he might be INNOCENT. For all you care, he might be manipulated and beaten to say he is Emma B even though he is not. That is the major reason Jungle Justice should not be supported. DO you remember ALUU 4, they were wasted. The people killing them believed they were reducing no of criminals by 4. What happened after their death ? They were said to be innocent but a guy set them up. If we encourage this, one day our innocent brothers will have issues with some one over a girl and they will kill him and claim he stole. |

dammytosh:Dear friend. Your empathy is filled with hate. I do not support jungle justice neither do I condemn the act on your precious Emma B. For Emma B also cheated his fellow victim of economic fallout in the country by taking the gains of their sweat. And if you put your sentiments aside you ll see in the above post that Emma B is notorious for stabbing and killing hustling citizens like him. Now personally I wouldn't have a problem if Emma B visited the likes of Saraki , Dasuki, Tinubu and stab them to death but Emma B limited his cause on poor citizens. Times are hard for all of us but only the impatient and lazy-graded-sense type like Emma B resorts to barbarism to make ends meet. I do not like jungle justice neither do I pity Emma B. And for every life he had cut short, may his own soul rest in SHREDS . |

This should have been Saraki and many other politicians and government officials. They have stolen more and contributed to where Nigeria is today. |

dammytosh:we're on the same side bro in my first response to ur message u will noticed that I also condem jungle justice and all these politicians we are talking bout im not sure if masses could be able to get hold of them another jungle justice will not occur cos nigeria constitution is what make our judiciary to be handicapped.and from a good source from warri Emma B has been arrested many times and handed over to the police but after some days with the help of few naira note he wiil be set free again so I think that's why the people decided to roast him aive....God be with us bro |

| Re: Thief "Emma-B" Burnt Alive In Warri (Graphic Photos, Video) by dammytosh: 7:37am On May 10, 2016 |
blueAgent:Of course if found guilty and tried by a proper court of law. Not mob death. That only happens in a failed state. |
| Re: Thief "Emma-B" Burnt Alive In Warri (Graphic Photos, Video) by blueAgent(m): 7:41am On May 10, 2016 |
dammytosh:Sure. but someone mentioned that this guy has been arrested many times with no conviction.for someone who confessed killing 7 people U leave the people with no choice. |
| Re: Thief "Emma-B" Burnt Alive In Warri (Graphic Photos, Video) by dammytosh: 7:45am On May 10, 2016 |
blueAgent:Do you have a recorded confession? I honestly don't believe he confessed anything. So they were beating him and he was like I killed 7 people ? That does not make any sense. How sure are we that is the criminal tormenting them ? The problem with Jungle Justice is more than I can describe quickly. For all you care he might be an innocent guy who has problem with some few guys and they set him on fire claiming he confessed to kill 7 people. ALUU 4 comes to mind. |

dammytosh:I must confess, this touched me, I know the victim well, we live in the same hood, although he has killed before but he told the vigilante leader that caught him to shoot him dead instead of burning him but they refused. His corpse is in the front of our community hall presently. |
| Re: Thief "Emma-B" Burnt Alive In Warri (Graphic Photos, Video) by Bukybabe(f): 8:33am On May 10, 2016 |
dammytosh:It's true that he confessed killing 7 people.I must tell you this guy is a notorious killer.Yesterday he stab a pregnant woman who didn't drag with him and the woman eventually died. The reporter must have gotteh their late.He rapes girls too.You only pity them when they been roasted but if you see them in action you won't think twice before you kill then. You can imagine a small boy slapping you or raping your girlfriend and you know you can't do anything because he has a gun. They are deadly, wicked and also heartless. |

As much as i do not support jungle justice, i really do not feel for these criminals once they are caught. These folks have no mercy when they are in the act. They show no mercy at all. |

dammytosh:His identity was never in question. he is well known as a criminal in that Area. U have never had an ugly experience with this guys. the case of ALUU 4 is a bit different. there was no past record of repeated crime and identity.moreover it happened in a School enivornment were their is suppose to be some level of privilege given to Students. I don't advocate for jungle justice. but in a fall state like Nigeria. sorry to say it. the case seems justified. |
