Yea still go to ur governors office with ur certificate of origin and tell them there that u were asked to bring a letter duely signed by d ssg dz how I did mine. I will snap a copy of it to see how it might look

Hello, fellow candidates I just realised now that the picture one of our colleague 'greatbrian' posted here is still a certificate of indigenship from the state goverment. So, with my experience during 67rc AFSB, one can use the certificate of origin from the local goverment in place of the one from the state goverment but the later is preferable and it is also clearly stated in the instruction. Goodluck guys.
