Service To Humanity And Social Responsibilities

Sorry guys wouldn't know if this is the right place to post this. I was challenged by this honorable man. He's a senior staff in my office(not FRSC ooo) and was shocked to see him doing this after a very hectic day he's had in the office which I can bear witness to. I was driving home and when I saw him, I had to take some shots and capture a video. Maybe we as Nigerians can emulate this act as well. In a way or the other, we should be socially responsible and not make it compulsory for the government to shoulder everything. Community development is another area we can be responsible. God bless him(name withheld for security reasons) and God bless the federal republic of NIGERIA.
NOTE: The traffic he's controlling there extends to the main airport road in Abuja if not properly controlled. video link below
