I remember Nigerians crying to high heavens they could buy #500 per liter if they don't have to queue. So it is just #145 for now and you don't have to queue. apart from the hypocrisy what is the bitter pill to swallow

Very simple, she is thanking God for not donating 1k to dasukigate all in the name of subsidy removal way back in 2012.

The removal or non removal is not the actual issue. The issue is that the processes involved in the subsidy program is highly prone to corruption. hence, it is better to remove the subsidy.

Honestly it beat me we've been hearing folks from different parts saying they were buying fuel for 300 and 400 per litre. Perhaps majority of Nigerians have been lying all along, looks like most were still buying at the official price but saying something else. I can't remember since January this year when I bought at the former official price of 87

Imagine the lame analogy a so called president uses to explain and butress his point on a national policy that would afect even the living standards of rodents in the homes of Nigerians.

I have sed it and I will keep saying it, this man is as dumb as they come. Who in the hell supervised his thesis?? How could a PhD holder always speak like a todler?? His word has never inspired anyone I know of. Even by simply sayin 'I dey laff', OBJ knocked on pples inner minds than all of Jonathan's speeches put together!

I pray he goes ahead and officialy remove the subsidy (because unofficially, it no longer exists) so we can get yet another chance to occupy the streets and effect the necesary chance by force!
