My fellow Nairalanders, this may not be a shock to some, but to me, its still surprising
how MTN Nigeria would increase its tariff over 300% secretly. This is as bad as the just recently increased fuel price.

So with Just N100 you can only make a paltry 3mins call or even less.

It saddens to say, but i don't think they respect their customers, despite the coming of Jacob Zuma
earlier this year, Nothing has changed, in fact, its becoming worse. Maybe his coming was for 'politics'

Nigerians currently are experiencing the most difficult 'change' in recent times, with the rise of inflation
in the country, now, increase in Petrol etc.

Just Earlier this week, in the Morning, i had N2 on my phone, hoping to call me recharge card vendor to transfer N100 credit
but before i could say 'Jonathan Robinson', the call was terminated. only for me to receive a pop up saying have exhausted my credit,
as seen on the image below.

Fine, the next thing to do, Call Mtn customer care, Surprisingly, They picked Fast,
I told her what has happened. She gave me some code to dial and told me to put on my cell broadcast.(Which i don't see pop-ups before call again, like before to know how am being charged)
which its always on. Nothing Happened!!

Then i told her, Why am i being charged 40k/s early in the morning. You know mtn cc na, they must get something to say.
she said, maybe am not in a zone enabled area what?? A place have been staying for over 5 years?? all of a sudden, its not
recognized by mtn zone tariff again..Funny!! You can listen to the recording..

Funny enough, they kept on charging 40k/s from MTN to MTN line for that matter. I wish Dr Damages can diagnose This Matter.

We are not saying don't increase oh but secretly?? 40k haba!!!

Even with this evidences, NCC, EFCC, ICPC , PCC etc will still turn defiant ears to this,yet the masses are sufferring, Nigerians
are being cheated everyday. I wish the revolution against corruption I heard happenning at LAUTECH ogbomoso by LAUTECH ICPC can happen NATIONWIDE.

Writing a petition against this in my agency is like a waste of time..same thing!!!

I guess the corruption in this country is endemic!! Maybe that 'Cameroun' guy is right, We are fantastically corrupt!!!
