OP u re a chicken hearted fellow.

Even the small kids I train over here in delta state in MOD and Man O war can do all these and many more.
Even my gals I train can do that for 10mins+ and still go on jugging 1km after that.

so stop discouraging pipo who want to join. if ladies in the force can do it why can't you a man or re u only a man on the bed huh
