In case you do not know...it is against the law to drive under the age of 18 or without a licence or number plates.

The arrest is in order.

One teenage driver that I knew of once went a driving...and knocked down a 7 year old boy (who was lucky to not be seriously injured)...and then eventually ended up smashing up the car.

The boy was charged probably because he failed to do the needful (bribe).

They (govt.) should just set him free & empower him. Simple.

But the boy is said 2 be under-age. N wat has age got to do wit innate abilities aftrall thr kids dat can do wonders even adults cnt attempt to do. They shld apply other corrective measures n not charge him 2 court all in d name of impressing a clueless bubudinho
