abi o though underage, he is struggling to live. He must be given better employment without delay. His hustling with vision and good employment will help him live a better life

FRSC better be careful, imagine the location of the fuel "Tank", these are really trying times.

Hope we all do remember the Tunisia formula, as the sayings goes desperate times or situation requires desperate solution or response.

The guy may adopt some desperate solutions ..

Only in the north will you see this happen and since he thinks he is up to the age to drive a kabu kabu then maybe he up to the age to be charged to court.
What is this one saying? Do u want me to start mentioning some unacceptably conducts of under age in the south? Must u attach regional/religious colouration to everything?

Atleast he is not stealing.... Instead of arresting him, buy him a truck undecided
And which account should they draw the money from - Excess Crude Account, Sovereign Wealth Fund, Foreign reserve, CBN or 13% Derivative Funds for oil producing states?

If government were to replace all our cars for it being rickety, which money will they now use to run other areas of our lives?

Was jst bn sarcastic but my main point is y charge him to court wen he z an underage. Other corrective measures could used.

Let governments do things right, let them write down clearly how each thing should be done, let them lead in doing it and teach people how to do each thing.
The boy is living in the society as the society is. Let them warn him and teach him how to do things and let them the governments and people help people like him and things possible for all people to do. His condition actually reflects the situation in our society, in that we do almost everything anyhow.
I believe he is working and wants to work to make a living, wanting to do a right and good works not taking up criminality, and honestly he is better before God than all these educated and rich looters. But he is wrong but let them warm him, let them teach him the right ways of doing things becoming a driver, what type of vehicle to drive... and let them help and people like him. His condition show the bad state in which the country is.

In case you do not know...it is against the law to drive under the age of 18 or without a licence or number plates.

The arrest is in order.

One teenage driver that I knew of once went a driving...and knocked down a 7 year old boy (who was lucky to not be seriously injured)...and then eventually ended up smashing up the car.
When you just talk without any sense I questions...it all.... How many elite children drive expEnsive car ... With no necessary documents and they can never be arrested .and even when they have accidents they can never be prosecuted . But when they see poor people that they know have no money for even lawyer they quote the stuPid Nigeria Law. God help us
