please bear it in mind that not everyone has been to an interview before, or has written aptitude test... I mention that it would serve as a GUIDE to some... obviously we're not expecting questions to be repeated. plus, most of the people asking for PQs had no idea it was posted on this thread before. thanks for the enlightenment...

So I went to the stadium today, completed the 3km in 22 minutes, first time I actually measured the distance, note that I weigh 90+ kg and I've been working out inconsistently for less than two months. This is just an encouragement to you guys so you know it's not that hard. It's a win win situation, if your enlisted you'll be fit and in the force and if not you'll be fit and try again.

Only to advise fellow friends. I know 3.2km isn't easy but at the same time it isn't as difficult as many guys thought it to be. Keep jogging for at least four days a week, and ensure that you cover not less than 5km area within the days. So jogging for 5km a week, is easily enough to see us through. All the best wishes!

Yes, we know u are an athlete and can compete with the Kenyans, but please spare us. You have been exercising for god knows when and u want to intimidate others with it. With all this bragging, ur heart will be shattered into pieces when u don't pass the medicals. So shove ur 6.4km up ur a$$.
