Good evening my engineers in the house..
please guys my android phone is under trojan Virus attack.
once i turn on my 3G the phone would go crazy..
*it download and install unneccessary apps on my phone
the virus has damage alot of my files,
*it deleted my contacts and some files
*force any app i luanched close
*freeze my phone screen,
*restarts my phone every 1 minute'
*delay the phone booting-- up to ten minutes
*the craziest part is ever since the attack my phone can't no longer charge(though its reading chariging) it has even damage my battery(by overheating)

Please; guys help cus i have tried all my possible best - still no avail.
Have scan the phone with any antivirus i can think of (all they do is to detect it, but can't delete it)
have restored the phone back to factory reset, yet no result

I recently scan it with norton antivirus and it detected it but can delete...I find out that the virus is on the Phone ROM- i access the ROM with file explorer and locate the virus--but can't delete it(The phone ROM denied me deleting anything from it)....

Please guys help me out if you know any other alternative...I'm really, really fruastrated right now- i haven't use my smart phone for good two days now, I'm posting this with my pc---

Next time post Model and OS version/Brand of Smartphone.

Reload OS/Flash the Phone.

I took the phone to engineer for flashing and He was like "guy it's 50/50".
I asked him what he meant by *50/50*,
He told me that there's 50% Assurance the phone may work and there's 50% Assurance the phone will get damage in the process.
I was discourage.




#Tecno m3- I used it majorly for whatsapp and nairaland....
i do most of my browsing with PC

Reloading the OS is also called flashing. But since today is Sunday, you can try booting it into safe mode. If it's a Tecno M3, follow these steps
