The government kept mute while the herdsmen were killing innocent farmers, then came up with lame excuse that the murderers were Libyans, next they tried coming up with a grazing commission through the National Assembly and when that failed, they smuggled the same grazing reserve ish through the budget. I don't blame you if you can't see through this...I blame those lawmakers that cannot read and write.
