The deal on the plot is almost through... the seller just needs to get me some documents he claims he can't remember where he put them in his house but that he's sure they're available and that he'll look for them and make them available before I go ahead and make the payment for the plot.

Hasten to send me the details and plans and duration of construction. Thanks.
