Wow! They are nice. DroppingsDroppings of rainfall do affect the lower part of our building and that's why most ppl choose to use granite or tiles below before painting above. |

EgunMogaji:House construction is a marathon, slow and steady wins the race. I like what I have been seeing so far, you make sure each stages of the job are attended to properly |
| Re: . by abdulwastecx(m): 4:49am On May 18, 2016 |
EgunMogaji:I love these roof drains, beautifully done. This method collecting water keeps the site very dry and the collected water can be use for wetting of flowers at least. I will copy some of these ideas for my subsequent job |
| Re: . by abdulwastecx(m): 4:53am On May 18, 2016 |
EgunMogaji:Sir the best way is to construct the roof truss before the gable wall. The reason is that the tie beam can rest on the wall below, you can even have a wall plate below. When you construct the gable before the roof truss, you will have to break something part of the gable which may not be too OK. |

Mr. EgunM. Did you remember how much you paid for those plastic with burglary around it? And how many gallons/liters? Thanks. Lovely ideas for storing water from those roofs. Hajji M. |

EgunMogaji:Egun, this is your personal house, I doubt if you are in a race. I quite like your pace and the way you are taking your time to consider everything and indeed open to changes from your intended plan provided they come within affordable budget. I like that. Well done bro! |

EgunMogaji:Me likey, l have instructed my project supervisor to go and get this type to replace the GP tanks in my on-going project in lagos but that will be at the finishing stage because l am currently using the regular GP tanks, nice tank if you ask me, l like the burglary steel woven around it, makes it solid and beautiful |
