You are not getting the point. Mystique is an anti hero and mostly a villain. But now she's leading the x-men, that's just like letting bane lead the Justice league because he was trained in the same hole as batman by raas'al ghul so that makes them brothers. Why didn't the beast lead the x-men? After all he's Xavier's best friend whom he trusts? This is a promotion move because when they first casted Jennifer Lawrence as mystique in 2011,she wasn't that popular but fast forward to 2016, you know the rest.

bro the st0ryline of the m0vie basically has them siblings. What do u expect her to do when her brother is kidnapped? Unite a team to have them rescue him. She's n0t doing it to save the president, she's doing it to save s0me0ne she cares about. The ending of days of future past has them on a g0od n0te. She cares for xavier and so does charles. Remember he felt bad abt her c0nditi0n in days of future past, they are only following that. Would u have mystique start out as a villain without any back story? Even eric didn't start out as a villain like that. He and xavier were best friends thats why they can never kill each other. I guess u w0n't c0mplain if it was raven saving eric.

Civil War has breezed past BvS, I think it is clocking $1 billion definitely.

I just compared the International box office of BvS and Civil War, It seems BVS did badly in China. They need to get more followership in China for their next movies.

A guy gets turned to lab rat, gets out, c0mes back to get revenge, love story and s0me Bleep words. Heck even an episode of the flash seas0n 1 had that plotline, smallville had it. The only thing i would say was g0od with the film were the jokes. The film had n0thing to tell. I hope the sequel has s0mething new.

He made some valid points, although he didn't see the flaw in some of his opinions. The whole they had the guts to kill the lead bit, did fall apart in the last seconds of the film.

He confused the fact that the Avengers status quo hadn't changed by equating it only with death. Yes, nobody died in Civil War, but the climatic fight wasn't about killing the other team, it was about apprehending one, while delaying the other. The Avengers are literally divided at the middle.

And he did shoot himself in the foot when he pointed out that Snyder would give you awesome visuals of 2 guys in an elevator, while Marvel would lie on performances. Some of us still remember Sucker Punch - stunning visuals & action with a very odd dream within a dream within a mental asylum. If they had made it a straight up action/sci-fi-ish romp it won't have been such a dud.

thats a good questi0n. These characters and genre aren't that easy to get right that any0ne could be chosen. {cough} green lantern 2011 for example, it had a respectable director, l0ok how it turned out.

there is nothing objective in this.
the writer looked for an angle into the whole BvS-Civil war.

BvS has its merits,but this guy scraped the bottom of the barrel for some of this points.

Of course, Superman isn't dead. From the animated storyline, he is in coma and will wake up. At least, the guy is technically dead as far as Bruce and Diana is concerned. But for us, the audience, he is more likely to be alive....lol

as long as the audience knows he isn't dead then the emotional payoff is not so much.
remember that Iron Man nuke scene in the first avenger movie?

superman dying will probably bring the JL together then 5minutes into the movie he breaks out of his burial ground.

yeah I wanted somebody to die in Civil War that was my only beef with the movie.

During the atomic explosion with Darkseid he was technically dead in space but we all know his body requires time to regenerate again. Same with this coma he finds himself in. But was he stabbed in the heart with the meteor spear?

Deadpool isn't a thought provoking, deep-thinking character. He's downright crazy and funny and violent. The movie was true to the character. That's why critics and users agreed together that it was a great movie. For me, it was an awesome movie.

Do you think Rhodey's injuries weren't casualty enough? Couldn't you feel Falcon's guilt? Now imagine if Rhodey died, do you think Tony would have bothered to help Steve out in Siberia? It was not only Hawkeye but everyone were pulling their punches. Even the shot Vision took, Rhodey told him to target Falcon's engine specifically, so that Falcon wouldn't be able to keep chasing him but still be able to glide safely to the ground. When Falcon dogded the shot and Rhodey was going down, both Tony and Falcon tried to catch him. Tell me, how does one die in such a fight if not by accident?

I strongly feel that superman will not appear in Justice League at least for the first half of the movie. Superman might be a wanderer for the first half of the movie...

you know I love this movie just check the marvel thread but there should have been a casualty.
Rhodes injury will be fixed in no time.
I understand that some of this actors have contracts with Marvel but heroes need to die.
hopefully infinity war go give us enough blood.

king Tchaka Tchaka or Tshabalala whatever, died before the war. Seriously in CW, i wasn't expecting any casualty based on the t0ne, to me it was m0re of a clash of difference than a war e.g the kind quarrell wey our w0men dy quarrell for market, later if them cum house dem go cum dy beg each other 4 maggi and salt. To me the stakes in TWS was so high that even though i knew Chris evans still had m0re films on his c0ntract, i felt captain america would die. In TWS u just couldn't trust anybody, at a time i felt Black widow was a hydra agent and falc0n, a spy for Pearce.

I think, and there are rumors, that a lot of folks won't survive Infinity War: Part One. Cap and Tony are top on my list.
