Possibilities: 1. She may be having a tonic seizure and they are trying to help her up. 2. She may be having a generalised spasm from tetanus hence the awkward posture. 3. Dystonic adverse reaction from a psychoactive drug such that her muscles are uncontrollable. 4. Crazy posture of catatonic schizophrenia. Summary: The above are the clinical likelihoods in her case.
