Before closing the Azikwe International airport, the FG should first close the Muritala Mohammed International airport. There are too many touts hanging around the MMIA.
you are so right. many of which are scanmers.

i was duped there thrice. some boys will come claiming to help you book a ticket. whem you ask the ticket price. they quote something so high and tell you that your flight is about to take off. At the end of the day you are not giving reciept, only boarding pass. And later you find out the cost of your trip was just 25k but you were charged 31k and above

The same way potholes and bad roads does not warrant the lockdown of an airport. This has tribalism and hate written all over it.

if thats the case, why not revert back to the old price, when the issue is sorted out, you can then increase the price

too many touts hanging around the airport doesn't warrant closing the airport. Only the security needs being beefed up.
addressing root cause is the way forward.....management should sit up!
Most of the "touts" could be "agents" working for a top management staff.

These ones should not be referred to as scammers!

I mean. . . . . why would someone drive all the way to the airport to buy a british airways ticket to Heathrow or Delta Air to ATL from a bystander/tout.

Ridiculous I must say
