I'm of the opinion that if your local, state, and federal government authorities fail to protect me from threats to my life, then I have every right to protect myself, and if I do not, then shame on me.

I wonder whether these people claiming to have been attacked by herdsmen are real Igbos and whether the really know the identity of their attackers. Real Igbos will not be sitting ducks to be attacked and killed like fowls. I am yet to see a single "herdsman" killed or lynched by the so-called victims.

Common thieves are routinely lynched and burnt alive with their photographs displayed all over the internet.
