yes,I observed that also.
in my hood we had light for about 2days parallel and yesternight ,the power supply company has failed to do their job.

That can not be a yardstick, except you live in an area where light has never been an issue. It is confusion here

About the strike: I am on maternity leave now but I just finished speaking to a colleague of mine on the phone. He said that they cannot gain access to the office gates.
