Plz . Can anyone tell why I see many REVA MRAP armed with Slat armor (Grid armor) against anti-tank rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) attacks ,but CS/VP3 MRAP not equip with ? CS/VP3 is more upgradeable it has better payload

LOL ,you must be kidding. CS/VP3 can offer B7 or even higher level of protection, if equipt with add-on armor . there are many add-on options even with anti ATGM solutions.

it depends on the distance of the RPGs , some say 50% effectiveness ,but latest textile armor like Tarian Xtreme (UK) greatly reduce the weight and impove the effectiveness.

Ukranian is fighting rebels backed by Russia,they may encouter russian sepcial force which has tons of specially designed or tailor-made weapons.And that is not a like fighting an insurgent in Syria or Africa that is lack of high-tech weapons like RPG-30 or even Javalin type

Problems with funding which might mean certain milestones might be pushed into the near future.

Grounding of the jets is highly unlikely. Funding for the SANDF's core capabilities(Armour, special forces, fighter/ LIFT jets squadrons etc) has remained constant throughout the years. If there was a serious need for the force to shrink transport squadrons(fixed wing and rotary) will be the first to take blows.

Followed by the attack helicopter capability. Those are hard to regain but not as hard as introducing capabilities such as special forces or fighter jets. That's why you still see many contractors in Africa flying our jets or SF consultants with our elite forces during major offensives.

Yes .The CS/VP3' bigfoot's manufatuer Poly tech (China) signed with MLS South Africa's company and paid the money of buying CAPTIVI_MK1 MRAP and getting TOT (tranfer of technology) in 2010

The CS/VP3 is based on MLS South Africa's CAPTIVI_MK1 desigen and license built ,but it's not necesery inferior . USA also imported the MRAP technology form South Africa
