Bidex, you have a serious exam from what I gathered o, everything about the British council is now done electronically. The test venue will be mailed directly to you ten days before the exam and in case you haven't gotten it yet (that's if you are scheduled to write in ten days time) then you are advised to visit their local office in your area or send them a mail.

That's all I could find. Their venues weren't made public but test dates aren't secret.

Just to add to Lastmumu's recommendation, in cases where Word document is a requirement instead of PDFs you can try to manage the problem by using fonts, formats and insertions that will most likely be generally available e.g. sticking to Times New Roman as a universally available font

I do prefer PDF based on the explanation
