op i understand your concern but the loan is the federal govt. bailout which is to be used to pay pensioneers, you know that the bailout has to go through CBN approval and there is no way it can be ready for convention. This is to say that the purpose is not for the convention as you tactically claimed.

I respect your opinion sir, but the truth is that, He takes the cash from other sources and repays later when the loan is finally secured.
Most importantly, isn't it shameful that an oil rich state and the 2nd Nigerian state with a high IGR is also collecting federal bailout?
He has borrowed over N50Billion before, what did He use those ones for? Did He forget Pensioners then? I can assure you that this N10Billion will finish, yet you will still hear that Rivers Pensioners haven't been paid.
Gov.Wike may soon borrow Rivers State into Slavery.
