Your post goes to show your level of exposure and intelligence too. Just because you don't like something doesn't depreciate the intelligence of those who do. Anyway, like you said, it's your opinion.

Look well. The movies listed above are not those annoying home videos you're thinking about. These are well scripted, well-acted, nicely edited and interesting movies. As I prefer to say, the movies listed above are nollywood movies. The ones you're talking about are home videos.

Have you watched any recent Hollywood movie? And by recent, I mean from 2005 till present.

These are Nollywood movies. They include Yoruba directors, characters and producers. undecided

I agree that most Nollywood movies are stvpid however that does not warrant you to judge movies others have held to be excellent. Some of these movies would be on Netflix which further gives credence to the level of their quality. The producers and directors are people who have taken their time and resources to change the face of Nollywood and if you cannot appreciate them, you have no right to judge.smiley Some of these movies were even funded with international grant, what else do naysayers want?

There are millions of low budget wack Hollywood movies out there...

Y"all should give Nollywood some credits, at least the acting and Cinematography has improved immensely.

@Op “DELILAH” should be on that list too, and who knows where I can watch “DRY”?
Re: 15 Nollywood Movies You Must See this year 2016 by Nobody: 3:59pm On May 20, 2016
Only God knows what you are talking about.

These movies are not English or Yoruba movies. They are Nollywood movies . The CEO for example is produced and directed by a Yoruba man. The people in charge of these movies did not care about Yoruba or Igbo. They did their thing and if you can't appreciate them for that, I don't know what to say.

I am Yoruba and I don't see the relevance of your question. If you create a list with the likes of Saamu Alajo, I will rubbish that list grin. It seems your type is allergic to high quality, fantastic storyline, excellent cast and awesome dialogues. There are excellent Yoruba movies out there but those you have mentioned are home videos. It is an insult to recommend it to other people.

are you the feminist that promised me a voice note shout out?

Have you watched the movie? Na wa for you. It's like you don't like the producer of that movie, do you have beef with him?. Whatever you call it, i know they are interesting movies and i will advice anyone who is a lover of yoruba movies to watch it.

Since you are yoruba, can you compile interesting yoruba movies for me and everyone who is interested?

Low quality movies. I have watched and I don't miss them.
Laughter is all I want. 90% of the "top quality" films listed will put you to sleep I am sure. They are always boring.
So it's Odunlade and Sanyeri films for me.

The trailer is boring. By boring you will be talking about the fact that it took forever to get to the conflict, it is not unusual even for Hollywood movies

I am not a feminist. I will appreciate it if you stopped addressing me as one. I am sorry but I don't remember you.

I might do that tonight.
