For me I think it is easy to deal with the militant, very simple. Firstly, stop the allocation of 13% derivatn to any state bombing takes place. 2, stop the stipend being paid to the the ex militant. 3, help them to destroy there community further by leveling some towns. 4, arrest all there youth leaders cause they surely know them.
