It sure comes with a Limit of $50,000 yearly spend.
So don't be deceived by the N1million daily spend or N5million monthly spend.
Once you get to your annual limit, that's all.

And for your info its N312.8 to a $.
It has never went below that since all this currency issue started.

Plus you will pay excess when stocking it up, except you use Diamond bank online service.
Bro which ATM CARD IS THAT PLS?

Hello guys.
am new to this thread but am enjoying it.
GTB rate as at today 20/5/2016 is 315

Can anyone suggest a bank with a much cheaper
rate. I would have to open account with that bank.
But I need to know how cheap and consistent is
the rate.
I use only GTB. Thanks

Good Evening....

Please we urgently need fund transfer of $10million to any Nigeria Domiciliary account...

Serious seller should contact me and not with black market rate.

The process may last for 4weeks.

Thanks

My card is refunded and I give u back ur naira.

Refunds only attract a token of 1500 naira due to the charges that ll be taken.

Hehehehe. See this man o.

Okay here is how it goes.
I bought some goods using GTB MasterCard about 2 months ago at a rate of 299 NGN to the dollar. If I am to be refunded now assuming the deal went bad, my refund thru GTB will be in the prevailing dollar exchange rate i.e 315 NGN to the dollar. That means i gained 16 NGN per dollar.

If that happened in your case (of course i won't be able to tell what bank you used), would you be generous enough to give me the profit too?

Abegi!

Ops not when you have documents to show.
So to you is only BDC that has dollars. Multinationals doesn't have dollars? petroleum companies doesn't have dollars? All this airlines doesn't have dollars?
Go and SAT down my brother. For what you don't know is bigger than you.

Your statement does not express the real factual reality on ground in Nigeria. There is serious scarcity of forex in Nigeria . There are companies that will buy forex at the black market rate no matter the volume. If there are ppl that have such amount of forex ,then what is the rationale of hawking it around like pure water when there's is a ready market for them . If someone has access to 1 million dollars ,such person doesn't need to come to nairaland before selling them within a day just in Lagos alone .
The scenario lordmayor was talking about is rampant and he was only giving a word of advice and caution.this was exactly the same way we warned about PayPal scam until many ppl got burnt.
Why will any airlines or multi nationals that needs to get his money out of Nigeria be selling off its dollars? What use will naira be to them?

Who is talking about $1M, what is $1M?
Like I said, what you don't know is bigger than you. Those who knows, knows.

1. Where do you think BDC source their dollars from? Guess they have dollar making machine.
2. To you it's very easy for companies or even BDC to know companies that has dollars and are ready to sell theirs.
3. Have you seen news papers or sign post that a company want to sell dollars?

If you want me to teach you fx biz hit me up and stop talking about what you don't know. (We are all learning)

We've been pushing still as the rate remains a struggle.

Nice to know the Gov is doing well. They were elected for the purpose.

Do take care!
