For people who said EFCC only go for PDP members and Buhari enemies,former NIMASA boss Temisan Omatseye who was jailed for 5-yrs by a Lagos court on May 20 was an APC Senatorial candidate in Delta in 2014. Temisan Omatseye, former DG, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, was convicted May 20th,2016, and sentenced to five years imprisonment by a Federal High Court Ikoyi, Lagos. He was prosecuted by the EFCC for money laundering, contract splitting and bid rigging at over N1.5bn while he was the DG of NIMASA. Omatseye was arrested and arraigned about 2011. He was appointed by Yar'adua, accused of this indiscretion and was removed from office by GEJ. EFCC then started his prosecution in 2011(?). this carriage of justice has nothing to do with body odor or magun. 1 Like 1 Share |
